In this time of uncertainty and fear, I want to assure my clients and those of you who are looking for help with repairs that I have always made cleanliness and safety equipment a high priority for my business. Usually the respirator has been used only for dealing with saw dust or fumes, but that is now being used for any in home repair. Nitrile gloves have been used and will continue to be used to help prevent contraction and spread any germs to/from surfaces.
Washing of hands is done between jobs and hand sanitizer is kept in the truck as well. Tools are cleaned and sanitized between jobs.
My experience working in and being in charge of sanitation in a senior living community has prepared me for this very type of level of service. Your and your family's health is a top priority, as is mine and my family's.
So if your toilet starts to leak, or your fence gets blown over, know that Aldrete Maintenance and Handyman Services is here, we are ready to serve you and keep things as close to normal as possible in these unusual times.
UPDATE: Yolo County has been issued a shelter in place order from the director of the County Health Department that went into effect at 11:59 3/18/20. In order to comply with this order, AMHS will only be taking emergency calls that fit the definition of "necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences."
